As a Humanist UK Celebrant, I receive personal information such as names, phone numbers and email addresses that you provide to me for the purposes of writing and delivering a ceremony. Inevitably the this type of ceremony is highly personal and reflects individual lives, hopes and dreams along with valued stories and anecdotes. All information received by me is stored securely and is only used for the specific purposes of creating and writing a ceremony. No information will be passed on or sold to a third party. In the event of illness or disability the ceremony script may need to be given to a colleague in order to deliver the ceremony. This shared script will then be deleted and/or destroyed by them. The personal information that I hold for you will be retained digitally for a period of five years to enable continuity should you request my services again, all hard copies will be destroyed.

If you would prefer to have all your personal information erased immediately following the ceremony or at any other time please get in touch and I will be happy to comply with your wishes.
